I recently got forge and have found many ways to "fix" my issue but all have come out to not work 

 

this is the error im getting 

 

Failed to download file. Name: forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2854.jar Filename on disk: forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2854.jar Path: C:\ProgramData\.minecraft\libraries\net\minecraftforge\forge\1.12.2-14.23.5.2854\forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2854.jar Exists: Nonexistent
