having issues downloading forge

when i download forge, any version, i am met with a these libraries failed to download, try again, then listing 11 file names. Optifine works just fine for downloading, but forge does not work. How can i solve this?

 

ok update, ive gotten the files to download on 1.15.2, but the game doesn't work whiel booting up, java tm binary crashes

Only 1.14.4 and 1.15.2 are supported at this time, please provide the debug.log from your 1.15.2 game

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.
