(1.15.2) "Exception while updating neighbours"

See title. I'm using the latest version of Forge for MC 1.15.2 btw.

 

I've run into yet another crashing issue that's making me cuckoo and I can't begin to think of how to fix it. Recently I had uninstalled a rather large mod that included a new dimension, updated some others, and refreshed some dimensions, but I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.

 

Every other time I move items in my own inventory, I'm met with this crash:

The game crashed whilst exception while updating neighbours
Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Exception while updating neighbours

 

In the crash log, yet again, it states most of my mods are mysteriously incompatible even though they are not. I've uploaded a crash log here.

 

After having learned from my previous thread, I'm currently uploading my survival world and I'll provide a link if necessary.

Expand  

Made a backup and reloaded world.

Playing around for a few minutes and experienced no crash so far. I'll look into this and contact the mod creator about it.
