Forge Server Will Not Open Console

My server was running fine from clicking "forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2854". I wanted to give permissions to my friends, so I installed spongeforge and luckyperms. When i tried restarted the server and clicked the "forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2854" the console would not load up. I tried to see if the server was up with the ip:localhost and it worked. Some of my friends couild join once i used ngrok (ghetto way to share server with friends) to open up the server. The only problem is that the console will not load up as it usually loads up when I click the "forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2854". I need the console to set up my lucky perms permissions. Any idea on how to fix this? If you can be very specific with your answer, that will be a great help as im new to this sort of thing.
