(SOLVED) Upgrading from 1.14 to 1.16

I've read that you change the version in build.gradle to achieve this, but I'm not sure how. There is a many digit number in there, what do I change it to?

I knew this already, I was wondering if there was a way to upgrade my existing eclipse environment without having to download a new MDK.

Change the forge version in dependencies, and reimport/refresh the gradle project

minecraft 'net.minecraftforge:forge:...'

under dependencies in build.gradle

and if you are using intellij, there should be a gradle panel. Select it and there should be a refresh button, or when you made changes to the build.gradle file a small window will pop up and asks you if you want to reimport the gradle project.
