Forge 1.16.1 keeps crashing after server reset

I keep getting crashes of forge 1.16.1 immediatly when starting up. (Before it worked fine)

I've tried deleting and reinstalling forge. (forge-1.16.1-32.0.75    and     forge-1.16.1-32.0.98)

Reinstalled java.

Emptying mods folder!

Restarted computer.

Checked if another forge version worked, it did. (1.8.9)

 

Nothing worked yet.

 

pls can you help me fixing this?
