Login with username and password in eclipse[Forge 1.13.2]

So I'm trying to join a server(like hypixel) inside of eclipse, I am using forge. 

It says "invalid session(try restarting your game and launcher)

 

I went into program arguments in run configurations, and triedthe following:

1. [email protected] --password=mypassword

2. --username="[email protected]" -- passowrd="mypassword" 

 

And it still doesn't work. Should I send the console log??
