Can't donwload forge 1.8.9

It keeps saying failed to download libbraries, the exact message is These librairises failled to donwload. Try again. org.scala-lang:scala-compiler.2.11.1 org.scala-lang:scala-librairy.2.11.1 Please I could really use some help

  Yeah, Minecraft.getInstance().player only works on the client side. Is there a way to get the player from the NetworkEvent.Context?
