My mod wont load correctly

Hello everyone, im still new to the mod coding, (i was coding plugins and javax.swing before), and i just started coding mods with IntelliJ Idea.

Everything is working, but when i execute the task runClient, it shows me the following screen in Minecraft:

 

mod (mod) has failed to load correctly

null
