Hello, I have a forge server in 1.12.2 and when I start it with the world by default and the "forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2854.jar" (without .batch), the image below describe my problem;

I don't have mod on this instance but I tried before and I got the same problem;

If you need somthing like my log file say it;
