the game crashed whilst rendering item error java.lang.illegalstateexception not building!

It lets me play but when I am about to see the item the game immediately crashes.

Mods:

Vic's modern warfare (1.12.2)

  I'm new to this, and don't know if other have the same probleem too or not, but I try to mining all Decorated Pot found in Trial Chamber without Silk Touch enchantment, and it drop the pot itself, not the pottery sherd or the brick, but when I launch the game without Forge and mining the Decorated Pot, it break and drop as the pottery sherd and brick, any help?

  You can try removing recent mods, updating Mixin, and checking for conflicts!
