when run 1.16.3 forge it won't start up

hello i need help. when i open 1.16.3 forge i start it i wair for about 3 mins won't start that i help with please someone fix the

    Im having the same issue, Im getting exit code: 0
    I also had a similar issue when starting forge 1.16.2, where it would crash.
