I hosted a non-Forge Server before and now i am hsting a Forge Server, when i binded the server ip to my ip, it just says something in the log about the address not being able to bind or something anyone help pls. I think its just that my non-forge server has taken that ip and now the Forge Server cannot host on the same one. it is now 1.16.2

forge made a java thing on called minecraft_server or something like that and i just press it and it launches a gui version of the console

and i tried to start the forge server, it made some files, stopped, i presed it again, it launched a tab and immediately closed i have no idea whats going on

ok after i started the forge server if gave me a debug txt document i am linking it now

btw if my friends are on a different network do i have to do the port fowarding thing?

i set it up alr for my vanilla one but for the forge one they just couldnt connect

oof is still dosent work i can load the server up but i cant join the server, it just says bad packet id 25

 

and how do i allocate the server more ram? with no players in it, the server is idling at 15% free ram, which is not alot
