Questions about the Forge

Hello dear Forge developers, I have a few questions about the current state of forge development, can you answer them?
- How soon will it be possible to edit configs directly in the mods menu?
- In your plans, there is a point to withdraw forge from the beta version for all versions of Minecraft?
- I noticed that now you cannot put mods for new versions on the old version of Minecraft "for example, a mod for 1.16.3 on version 1.16.1" so it was before?
Or did it just seem to me when I experimented on older versions of Minecraft "put mods for 1.7.2 on 1.7.10" or does it only work one way?
- Will the mod loading screen return as in 1.12.2 ?

Thank you very much for your answers.
The last question was really unnecessary, I'm sorry.

About the withdrawal of Forge from the beta version. I noticed that now the development is aimed at the latest version of Minecraft (1.16.3) I would like to know when the update will be released for 1.16.1. After playing for more than a few dozen hours on the version of Forge 32.0.108, I noticed that it is already more than ready for release. In addition, this warning about the beta version at the top of the screen is a little annoying, if only it could be removed)
