So I made a new workspace and then tried running it and surprise surprise an error that I don't quite understand! could someone help me with this? Here is the message!

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Environment variable 'assetDirectory' must be set to a valid path.
    at net.minecraftforge.userdev.LaunchTesting.main(LaunchTesting.java:70)

That right there if you need more info like IDE, version or latest.log then I will without a doubt reply

All this information should be provided regardless. Please include the debug.log instead and the build.gradle if modified.
