[1.16.1] Failed to synchronize registry data from server.

I'm using the Valhelsia 3 modpack and when I try to join my server I get the following error "Failed to synchronize registry data from server."

My only partial fix to this is to restart minecraft after every failed attempt and sometimes I just happen to be able to login.

Make sure your mods lists and configs are identical, some mods do things poorly and register things based on configs which makes saves and connections less stable
