I went AFK on Sky Factory 3 and the game crashed. I don't know how, but since then, I can't go past the loading screen for a single modpack through the Twitch / Forge launcher. I can open modpacks through Technic, and I can open vanilla, but nothing through the Twitch launcher. I've tried to open Sky Factory 3, MC Eternal, Life in the Village and SevTech Ages and the same error occurs.

When I open any pack, it opens normally and then immediately freezes on "Construction - Forge Mod Loader" (screenshot of the MC Eternal error below - not responding at this part of the loading screen.)

I have 16GB of RAM, and I've used every amount between 2GB and 12GB, including the System Memory option.

In the logs, there's the same line at the end of all the modpacks' files. It just says "Attempting Connection with Missing Mods:" and lists a lot of them - possibly all of them - even though I've done clean reinstalls of the pack. Here's the log file for MC Eternal:

I've completely wiped and reinstalled Forge to both the most recent and recommended versions on the official website. I've reinstalled the Twitch launcher, reinstalled Minecraft, and even gone so far as to uninstall every single version of Minecraft or Forge on my PC to reinstall them. I have no idea why this is happening. I can provide any additional information if it would help.

1.12 is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

This is my Forum Signature, I am currently attempting to transform it into a small guide for fixing easier issues using spoiler blocks to keep things tidy.

As the most common issue I feel I should put this outside the main bulk:

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.

For players asking for assistance with Forge please expand the spoiler below and read the appropriate section(s) in its/their entirety.
