Blocks textures(?) error

Hello, 

Me and my friend instaled modpack called "Valhelsia 3" on our server. The only thing that we changed was deleting immersive engineering and adding applied energistics 2.

After entering the server I relized that some blocks are displayed incorrectly. JEI and Minecraft isn't "reading" these blocks correctly too (info about block in the top of my screen). Some of these blocks i can't even destroy in survival ( when i destroy 1st block it vanishes and doesn't drop any items, after destroying 2nd block both of them are just comming back). When i use middle mouse button in creative to get one of them, im getting the incorrect one (the one that texture is appearing on my screen) and after placing it different block that i have in my hand apears, then if i pick block that i placed by MMB and place it again same thing is happening, different block apears. On one of the screenshots you can see wooden waterlogged blocks. I placed them by placing the block in my hand (I had the same item in hand and placed 3 different blocks). Also water wasn't placed by me. Friend that i'm playing with has no such problems, also this is 2nd time of us plaing on Valhelsia 3 modpack modyfied by us in the same way, previous time i had no such problems.
