1.12.2 Server Stopping Immediately After Startup

I recently installed the 1.12.2 Forger server onto my Mac and everything went fine, like every other server I had started before. I ran the vanilla .jar file to generate the world, accepted the EULA, but when I run the forge .jar file. The only thing I get is a "Couldn't run jar file" notification. [Image attached] When I check the log file it shows that it did load, but then stopped without notice. [The log file is attached] I have re-installed it 5 times, made sure I was running Java 8, and watched every tutorial I could on the topic. No-one has this issue. Everyone else just clicks the Forge jar and it opens. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong here.
