Having some problems starting a forge 1.12.2 server

Hey, I'm having some issues starting up my server. I was able to do it this morning, which is very strange. 
My start.bat contains:
 

java -Xmx8G -Xms2G -Dfml.queryResult=confirm -jar forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2854.jar nogui

And when I run the script I get this error in the terminal:

I do not believe this is a problem with an individual mod, however I could be wrong, and if that is the case please redirect me to the appropriate forum. Thanks :)

1.12 is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.
