You can also make a test with a separate instance only using this mod If the issue is still there then it is definitely a mod issue - if not then maybe a conflict with another mod -

I did hop one version back and the bugs persist. One thing I forgot to mention is that anything other than guns actually displays a tooltip. Even the guns from addons to this mod. I'd rather not downgrade it further as there are some mechanics that have been heavily changed and might delete some of my progress. Thanks for reaching out anyway -

Then I think it is some kind of bug with this mod - maybe try older builds
