Help needed with my game

I need help running forge 1.12.2. Whenever I try to run it, it seems to load but then its just frozen. I need help and when I tried to play with even vanilla when I try to join a world I crash after a few seconds. I thought it was a problem with my NVIDIA graphics card and when I updated the drivers it seemed to work but now it doesn't. I have restarted my pc, reinstalled minecraft, and I have no mods installed and I cant even run forge.

graphics card: Geforce GTX 1660 super

  Then the level.dat is broken Create a new world with the same settings Then copy the level.dat, level.dat_old and session.lock from the new world to the broken one Delete the new world and test the broken one - if this is working, upload this world to the server
