World Crashes when opened with forge

I have a problem with loading my world with the Version 1.16.4 forge 35.1.0. I just updated the forge version. When I try to open the world the game crashes and goes to the Launcher (Error code: 255). I can open the world vanilla without any problems. I only use forge for optifine and a few shaders.

    I fixed it Forge was not the problem. I hadn't updated the optifine version to 1.16.4 yet.
