Help with a Forge crash, I think.

I made a modpack with over 150 mods, but when I try to launch it, I got a crash. I don't know anything about javascript, but I think it's a Forge issue or incompatibility, since it says "net.minecraftforge.fml.common.LoaderExceptionModCrash: Caught exception from Minecraft Forge (forge)". If I'm in the wrong place, could someone redirect me to somewhere I can get help with this? I'm literally lost with this crash. And ignore my grammar errors, mainly the comma placements, since my language uses comma a lot and English didn't; still learning English. Anyway, here's the crash if someone's intending to help me:

Details: Minecraft version 1.12.2, Forge version 14.23.5.2854. I allocated 5,5 GB RAM for this modpack. Also I added some mods to improve FPS, which are the followings: OptiFine, BetterFPS, FoamFix, Phosphor, Tick Dynamic, FastFurnace, FastWorkbench, Clumps, FPS Reducer, VanillaFix and Smooth Font. If I remove some of these mods (mainly OptiFine), I won't be able to run, then I would prefer removing the mod incompatible with some of these, instead of removing the FPS improving one.
