Forge not able to install.

Hi
So since today I can't run forge anymore and when i try to start it it only says preparing and nothing happens. It has nothing to do with the Mods I'm using since Forge didnt function either after removing all mods out of the mods folder in .minecraft and not even after fully reinstalling Minecraft (i.e. deleting .minecraft folder and setting it up again). When trying to install Forge, it says I am missing libraries "org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.11.1" and "org.scala-lang:scala-reflect:2.11.1". I also tried deactivating the Fire Wall. The next option would be for me to reset my PC but I am open for any tips as I'm not that interested in reinstalling 800 GBs of games.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.
