Wow, seems like everyone is having this issue today. First, do mind looking in the forum because it seems others have had this error. Second, look closer at this part of the error:

For some reason, everyone has had the issue that Minecraft isn't able to download the lib files today. Click the links in that error area, download those files, and place them in your minecraft installation folder/lib.
