Modded server stall on startup

Hi I'm trying to start up a modded server that I've been running locally fine for a few months.

I've attached the full log but its stdebug.logalling with the same last line each time. 

[Server thread/INFO] [ne.mi.co.AdvancementLoadFix/]: Using new advancement loading for net.minecraft.advancements.PlayerAdvancements@4a0990e6

 

I've tried to run a backup copy of the server as well but this has the same issue so I'm assuming it's some issue local to the machine thats trying to run the server.

 

Thanks for any help you can provide or if you need anything else.

    I'm very sorry this was entirely user error and something else on my network was causing me to think that the server was not starting but actually it was running and waiting for client connections but clients weren't seeing it.

     

    I'll close this issue and again sorry for the confusion.
