Making a new tilled dirt block register with seeds

Everything about the block works and I just need the seed to register it in cansustainplant, a file in block.java, how can I put the  green text into another file but still edit this Boolean?

Just copy that method to your block class, add the green stuff to that method and put the @Override annotation above it.

I did that and I get this error, and ideas?
