Hi sorry its my first time making a post so im sorry if i miss something

so I've made many forge servers before on 1.7.10,16.4 12.2 and the lot but recently it wont launch the server stating the error that it cant create java virtual machine a fatal exception has occurred shutting down I've looked up what's happened and have expended my java options or whatever but nothing seems to work I've downloaded other versions of the 12.2 but still wont work please tell me what I've done wrong.
