[Fixed] Minimum version error "minimum version required is 6.15"

I'm trying to play 1.7.10 Minecraft for the mods, but I've been having problems with Technic Launcher so I thought using normal Minecraft with Forge could be better. I used all the mods from a working modpack I found on Technic Launcher, so none of them should be out of date from the others. Forge installed correctly & I can click play on the Forge version through the Minecraft launcher, but it says  "bspkrsCore : minimum version required is 6.15". I've tried searching for answers to this problem, but none say exactly what to do for this specific error. I've also tried uninstalling the mod that goes by the same name, but it didn't fix it. 
Never mind, I fixed the problem I was having through Technic Launcher. Turns out it was a mod file name problem.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.
