Forge 1.8.9 keeps crashing

I keep trying to launch Forge 1.8.9 but it keeps crashing.
I've tried reinstalling multiple times, restarting my pc, reinstalling java, using jarfix, looking through forums, even reinstalling the Minecraft Launcher itself.

It keeps getting the same crash log and everything.
