Forge 1.12.2 Is not installing

Im trying to download the 1.12.2 Forge. But it can't install. I downloaded java from java.net and 1.16 work fine.

when i open it it gives installer log created as a txt file the log:

Why do this happen? i want to play a mod that needs 1.12.2 . Please help.
