  1. You can try running `ping authserver.mojang.com` and see if you get a response. I can't reproduce the issue with Windows, so I cannot say anything there. Otherwise you may need to check your proxy settings.
  2. What version of Minecraft, what version of Java? You can try other solutions like the `-Dfml.earlyprogresswindow=false` in the JVM args of the profile in question.
  3. Set the `imageWidth` and `imageHeight` in the constructor. Additionally, use leftPos and topPos instead of calculating the x and y manually.
  4. You may need to run Jarfix to fix the jar associations.
  5. The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum. Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support. Currently supported versions are 1.19.2 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).

  9. Sorry, we do not compromise on the rules unless it's not particular to Forge directly. There are other servers which probably support your version, so I suggest you find them and ask there. 12. It seems like you are using reauth which is currently the only thing even close to erroring. Your report does not show there is an authentication issue.
  13. We are not Fabric, ask wherever they provide support.
  14. Go to Installations -> Either click New Installation or the triple dots next to an existing installation and click Edit -> Change the Version in the dropdown list. If it is not there, it most likely didn't install to wherever you have the app data for the launcher.
  15. Are you installing forge as a client or server? If not, why are you extracting it?
  16. Ah ok, my bad. I was looking at 1.19.3 which does default the value.
  17. I imagine you are also using 1.12.2. Again, we do not support it, but this is a Java issue, so I will refer you to:
  18. I did lock the thread, but I also know that the java version being used right now is not Java 8 purely by the report given. So show what you have done with the environment variables including the path.
  19. Sure, though it is not supported by Forge, so you wouldn't receive any help here on how to do it.

  22. What did you try and what didn't work? What does stop from opening the file mean?
  23. What doesn't align? That's not really clear. Also, provide the entire classes and not just a snippet. In addition, provide the sizes of the textures you are attempting to render as well.
