Your server is ticking too slowly, this would suggest your hardware isn't quite up to the task or needs some tweaking of the VM Options

Are you asking if it's still possible to install Forge for 1.12.2 or are you asking if you can install Forge for 1.12.2 into 1.14.4?

Forge installs itself as a version of Minecraft. Make a new Profile/Installation and select Forge from the version dropdown. (Note: For some reason Forge 1.12.2 gets booted to the bottom of the list.)

Silent's Lib was made for a beta version of Forge and needs yo be updated for the Recommended Version

Xaero's Minimap was made for a beta version of Forge and needs to be updated for the Recommended version.

I see both Optifine and MoCreatures reporting errors, however I'm not 100% sure they are connected to your visual issue, that is something that often must be determined by knowledge of each mod or testing each mod.

Sounds like you downloaded Forge from a repost site that sold you something else with the Forge name stuck on it. Ordinarily we close threads like this because they accomplish nothing but fear mongering. But I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt this once, what URL did you get Forge from and what makes you think it's a virus?

That's not the correct site. The only site you should get Forge from is https://files.minecraftforge.net

The filenames of one or more of your mods suggests you got them from a repost site. Please read up on the StopModReposts project (link in my signature) for info on why this is a bad thing.

Please keep this forum in English. Make sure you have the latest version of each mod.

I believe this was already fixed, try updating.
