no thats not the spawn protection even the ores in the caves are replaced with air blocks and i can place blocks in the spawn maybe that info should help the server shows itselft "vanilla"

Hello i got an own Minecraft forge server for the version 1.11.2 but the mods just doesnt want to work evrytime i place an mod block it disappears the same is with ores from mods they just doesnt exist and theres just air where they should be. Well i tried a lot of things for example try another version try another forge version try to reinstall the forge server nothing works and a strange thing is that if i make an new forge server theres nether the mod folder i always have to edit it in please help i just want some mods.
