never mind, my bad, I tried to run a Bukkit mod in Forge

What Java version Do you have?

It's not preventing me from playing or removing that mod But the modded server runs in vanilla and this log is corresponding to the command prompt (I do not use a .bat file)

I keep getting an error when I start my server: "[Mod name] Has been ignored - it is invalid"

Servers cannot Handle Client-Side Mods (at least from my knowledge)

and they do not accept Mods

Because Servers only accept Modpacks

No Modpack will work without a mods.toml file.
