In your config folder, check for a nochatreports config file - delete it and restart the modpack
If there is no change, go to the mods folder and remove the nochatreports jar file

Add crash-reports with sites like https://paste.ee/
Looks like some kind of conflict between Blueprint and BiomesoPlenty
Try other builds of these mods or make a test without Blueprint and the mods requiring it

So that means Java is not running via Nvidia GPU
You have to set the Java Runtime to the Nvidia High Performance Mode

If this is not working, remove this mod and the mods requiring it (supplementaries for example)
These have no function on a server - mods adding HUD elements, Minimaps or new options are client-side-only
A server has no Interface/HUD/options menu etc.
Remove client-side-only mods from the server and keep these in your client - DamageIndicators will still work
