Remove Java 21 Then install Java 17 and test it again

Then maybe a mod is causing this issue - check for mods like Optifine, Rubidium/Oculus and remove these Or use another Modpack as working base

It is a common bug with EpicFight - the devs won't fix this in 1.16.5 (version is not supported anymore)
