The "can't find the server jar file" error usually refers to an issue with Java On the vm, what are the startup lines for the server? If you are using something like java -Xmx... replace the word java with the java path on the vm (to the javaw.exe) and put it into quotation marks

It refers to an invalid NBT entry "Muskellunge" - if this is a player, backup and delete the playerdata file (check the playerdata folder in your worldsave)
