  1. Also, I did try completely deleting and re-downloading minecraft because I wondered if I had messed something up, but I still have the same issue!
  2. I am quite in-adept with computers, so this may be an easy fix but I can't find a solution. I downloaded Forge according to all the tutorials I could find. I'm on a mac so I downloaded Java, then downloaded the file, launched it, and opened the minecraft launcher. From the launcher, I can open a game, and I see the Mods button and the Forge version that I have downloaded in the bottom right corner. Here is where the issues start. I open the mods file from the launcher, and when I add a mod that I want (I have tried several, all the correct version and popular mods) and restart the game, the mod doesn't show up when you click the mods button after launching the Forge game (I don't know if I'm making sense). Even if I check again, I can see that the correct mod is in the correct place, but It doesn't show up. Any suggestions?
