Forge for 1.4.6 wont work

I get the error "There was a fatal error starting up minecraft and fml " and it tells me to consult my forgemodloader-client-0.log. i also tried to add the file but cant because its a word document . Please help im trying to play sky den

1) Hell no we dont support 1.4.6 we're on 1.6.2...

2) Seems like a issue with the coremods or something. Either way no.
