My Minecraft launcher does not show forge 1.10.2

When I run the installation for forge 1.10.2 the version does not appear in the launcher. In the "version" file in 1.10.2 forge there is no .jar there is only the .json file compared to all other forge version

1.10 is no longer supported on this forum.
Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.
