Forge Server Issue

So I’m not the most techy person so when it comes to making servers it’s a little confusing. I’ve helped made a few servers in the past and I am making a new one and followed all the same steps and after I make the folder I open it and I have no forge universal first of all. So I just tried to make it without that and when I opened the minecraft_server.1.12.2.jar file after setting the eula true it did open but it never created a mods folder. I was just confused because I’ve done this before and I don’t know what’s going on.

Forge 1.20.1 OpenAL 40963 and 40961 in DynamicSoundFilters

I copied the mod from Fabric to Forge, but errors 40963 and 40961 appear, I still don’t know the reason, I tried it in a single world, it doesn’t reproduce, the reason for the error is unknown, sometimes it exists and sometimes it doesn’t. andre111/dynamicsoundfilters: GitHub repository
The ported code to Forge is no different from the original, so you can use the source code for testing. The same error occurred on the Fabric build, mods that were on both builds:

I only know that the error occurs along the following path: MixinSoundSystem call onPlay -> FilterManager call updateSoundInstance

My friend keeps getting disconnected from our Forge Server

It is, but that is mainly to set up configs per player, I think. I don't believe it is messing chest inventories. I can try to remove that one tho and see if it fixes anything.
