Hey everyforgemodders. I have problems setting up forge for my mod.

I run install.cmd, then batch says "The system cannot execute the specified program."

I just renewed my windows. Here it is:

 

Windows XP Proffesional

Sp3

Laptop;

 

So whats the problem?
