Mod files not compatible with the current version (1.16.5), but the files are for 1.16.5

someone pls help me when i try to use Mowzies mobs mod it says "Incompatible" and i downloaded the 1.16.5 - 36.2.0. should i download the latest version?
i also am using this version "release 1.16.5-forge-36.2.0"

Mowzie's Mob mod supports 1.16.5. Maybe you downloaded the wrong version of the mod.

im quite new to mods so im not sure what exactly "debug.log" is

you find it your minecraft folder in logs the file you need to post is called debug.log
