Can't get mods to work

So I installed the newest Forge version and first I launched the game with just that. The game works just fine, but the problem arises when I try to have a mod too. I've tried 2 different mods: JourneyMap and Xaero's World Map, both give me this error:

 

(mod name) has class loading errors

java.util.NoSuchElementException: No value present
