cant seem to Load any mods on forge. every time i just get an error that says"java.ulit.NoSuchElementException:No value present

Ive been looking on the internet for a while now trying to find answers but i cant seem to find anyone else with this problem. ive already loaded up forge without mods and it works fine, but as soon as i try to use mods they either dont show up at all or they give me that error.
