Can't create world because there's errors in datapacks

Hi!

I try to create a modpack about 100 mods, and when I try to create world, I have an error "Errors in currently selected datapacks prevented the world from loading".

It's inevitably from a default mod datapack, I link debug.log client and server here and the modlist:

please use a paste website to upload the logs,
so we can take a look directly into the log without downloading
