Hi. I’ve just started learning modding now, and I have a question.

What’s the difference between snapshot and official?

Like, I’ve seen lots of modders using snapshot instead of official mappings.

I mean, isn’t official better than snapshot? Cause it’s more stable.

Also, I still don’t understand the warning of mappings when you run the gradle.

Can someone plz tell me? Thanks.
