i am  trying to install forge 1.8.9 installer, i launch it and for a second a cmd tab opens and then closes. after that nothing happens, it doesent install or open or anything. please help :(

1.8 is no longer supported on this forum.
Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.
